Test Suite Overview

We provide a more thorough comparison of our method and competing methods for our test scenes. Our method trained with E-LPIPS (Ours), with L1 (Ours, L1), and screened Poisson L1 reconstruct the image from data sampled with Gradient-Domain Path Tracing [Kettunen et al. 2015]. Path Tracing, NFOR [Bitterli et al. 2016], KPCN [Bako et al. 2017], and our variants without gradients are given 2.5 times the samples to compensate for the cost of gradient sampling.
